Logistics

All accommodation, professional guides, food and support will be provided by our logistics partner, World Expeditions.

Accommodation consists of high quality, semi-permanent tents with off-ground bunks, or swag if you prefer to sleep under the stars. Each guest has an exclusive-use tent with swag.

Hot water and shower facilities are provided.

All meals are cooked and provided in a purpose-built outdoor kitchen with covered, heated dining facilities and a lounge area. Limited alcohol will be provided.

An outdoor open fire area with camping chairs provides a space for relaxation, conversation and stargazing.

A moderate fitness level is required. Please check with your medical professional before undertaking any new physical activity.

Mark Burrell

Facilitator.

Mark is an experienced executive, coach and mentor to CEOs and their leadership teams. Mark consults globally to CEOs and their teams who are seeking to grow their impact, fulfil purpose and bring the emerging future into the now more quickly. He is renowned for his ability to cultivate deep dialogue and open up spaces where new growth insights can emerge.

Andy Cornish

Facilitator.

Andy has had a long career as CEO of large insurance businesses in Australia, Europe and Asia. Prior to embarking on a Board career in 2016 he was Chief Operating Officer at IAG, Australia’s largest insurer. His support for First Nations Australians was recognised by IAG with the creation of an annual Andy Cornish Scholarship to assist First Nations progress through tertiary education into a career. Andy is passionate about building great teams driven by a sense of purpose.

Cheryl Chantry

Facilitator.

Cheryl is a sought after executive coach and leadership development advisor, guided by both her deep experience in large, complex executive leadership roles and her world class coaching psychology education and practice. Throughout her executive career, Cheryl fostered a focus on building high performing teams centred on purpose, values and authenticity, themes that continue as core to the work she does today supporting broadening perspectives and building legacy through leadership impact. Cheryl has a unique ability to support connection with a deeper sense of self and meaning making, leveraging learnings from her own life experience as well as the training she has undertaken in mindfulness, somatic experience techniques and well-being.

Andrea Mason OAM

Leader Teacher - First Nations.

Commissioner for the Disability Royal Commission and past CEO of the Ngaanyatjarra, Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara Women’s Council (NPYWC), 2016 Telstra Businesswoman of the Year and NT Australian of the Year 2016, Andrea will bring a First Nations perspective to the experience and dialogue. Andrea will provide a personal insight into the cultural heritage and aspirations of the remote communities in the region and share her own journey of purpose, meaning and legacy.
